Cost of shipping-Shipping for all orders within India is Free above INR 2500. For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 15,000 (approx. USD 142) are charged INR 1500 per kg (approx. USD 30) and orders above INR 15,000 are shipped free.
Delivery time- From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders and 15-20 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What if your order is delayed?

Track your order
- For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can easily track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.

- We take 15-20 working days to ship international orders from our end.
- Cash on delivery is not available below 1000 rupees.

CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
- Exchange policy on Aér
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product sold. Once the BUNAAI pieces are sold they cannot be taken back from your end. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
There are some items that are made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If the product is eligible for exchange, you may call on our customer care number at 7600480037 or 9909989928 or write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery to request exchange pickup. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.
Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & from with a validity of 20 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
- How are exchange processed?
Once you request to exchange a product via email or phone, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 2-3 business days after your exchange request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, the exchange is initiated.
- Cancellation of your order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on 7600480037 or 9909989928 to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aér and accept Aér’s decision regarding the cancellation.
- How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 20 days on the Aér website.
- Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Why my exchange is not accepted?
We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and used.
- No Refund, Return & Exchange For the sale items.
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
- Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery.
- The customers might have to send the product themselves to our warehouse in case of unavailability of the pickup in your area or for urgent orders. The address:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To cancel your order please email us email@example.com
- How long will it take for my order to reach me?
From the time of shipping – it will take about 15-20 days for your international order to reach you.
- What payment methods does Aér allow for international shipping?
You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders.
Customs & Duties
The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also, we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, it is totally not under our control.
Self-collection from our workshop
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to inform us if you wish to opt for self-collection upon order confirmation.
- Do collect your order within 2 working days upon confirmation email.
- If the order is not collected within 2 working days, we will mail the order to the shipping address stated.
- Self-collection is only available 2 days after order is made.
Cancellations by Aér
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel.
- We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
- We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
- If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aér and accept Aér’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Courier Delivery takes 7-10 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
- Item is mailed out only after you get confirmation mail upon payment verification excludes weekends & public holidays.
- Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
- Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
- If no one is at home/office to receive it, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 1 more time. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
- As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it’s customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of an order along with its location.
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10am to 6 pm, Monday – Friday (exclusive of public holidays)
